Volunteers

We Need You!

Every year, it’s the volunteers; those new and those returning, who make the AZDBA festival an unforgettable success.  More than 100 volunteers are needed race weekend for multiple-event coverage, and we are actively seeking volunteers for every aspect of the event, from setup to parking and transportation, team marshalling, dock management, timing booth, etc.   Help in the following areas is required:

Spread the word! Bring your friends, family members and co-workers, your Girl Scout Troop or your workout buddies.  Even if you are not dragon boat paddling, you can still be a part of the 5th Annual SRP Dragon Boat Festival fun! Go ahead . . . sign-up to be a Volunteer!

It's a pdf, so you'll need to print it out, sign it, and either return it to Doris at the AZDBA address, (AZDBA, PO Box 1745, Tempe, AZ, 85280) or bring it on the day.

HOWEVER - PLEASE EMAIL DORIS AT HER EMAIL ADDRESS TO SIGN UP BEFORE THE EVENT - THEN WE CAN TRACK NUMBERS.

 

Requirements

There is an age restriction of 14 (if accompanied) or 18 (unaccompanied)
