On-site Vendors, Food and Merchandise
Once again we are inviting vendors to be an integral part of the festival this year. With site layout, we'll be placing vendors in between the team camps and the docks to ensure a full flow of paddlers through the vendors' site.
What is provided:
10x10 or 10x20 space (please contact Gary if you
need anything larger), 8’ table and two chairs as well as
volunteer support for unloading, setting-up and dismantling.
Tent Rental is optional, to allow you to use your own.
Temporary parking close to the exhibit site will be reserved for vendor loading and
unloading at the beginning and end of each day. Security, constant staff patrols and trash pick-up is included to
maintain a well-run, family oriented festival.
Hours of Operation: Vendors may start setting up Saturday by 6:00 AM, with completion by 9:00 AM; dismantling begins at 4:30 PM, Sunday. We will have security on site overnight on Saturday so your items can be left at the site.
Vendor Responsibilities: Vendor responsibilities include operation and maintenance of the booth. The vendor shall operate the booth for both days of the festival. Vendors are expected to comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, and shall have all applicable licenses, permits and other required documentation. The vendor must provide proof of liability insurance. Food vendors must meet City and County of Maricopa Health Department and Fire Department requirements and permits. You must have City and State Sales Tax Licenses if you are selling any food or goods.
Please contact Doris Vance for more details on the vendor opportunities at this year's festival.
