Where to Paddle

The AZDBA clubs paddle at the Tempe Town Lake. Out boats are stored in the Temp Lake Marina. We usually meet on the south side of the grass near the water where they store the Rowing boats. Just look for the group of smiling people holding paddles!

How to get to Tempe Town Lake?

The first way is to head North on Scottsdale Road from Route 202. Turn left (west) at the first opportunity onto East Gilbert which will dead-end into the marina.

The second way is to turn left at the light onto Curry (the Tempe name for Washington St. in Phoenix). Turn left (south) on College Ave. and then follow the signs to the marina. If all else fails you can use Google Maps to get directions. After clicking on the Google link it will take you to a map where you can put in your address to get directions to the lake.
